Jacque T. LaBarre, MD, FACOG, is an OB-GYN doctor at WK Doctors for Women. He has treated a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions in the Shreveport area for more than 35 years. In addition to routine well-woman exams and high-risk obstetrics, Dr. LaBarre specializes in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive robotic surgeries for gynecologic conditions. His care philosophy is to always provide high-quality service and patient satisfaction. He believes in a respectful doctor-patient relationship and remains current with the latest treatment options that enable him to provide the best possible healthcare for his patients.  

Pregnancy and childbirth are events to celebrate in a woman’s life. Dr. LaBarre enjoys delivering babies and works to ensure safe delivery for the mother and child. This is reflected in his care philosophy to treat every patient as delicately as his own wife and mother.  

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science pre-medicine degree from Nicholls State University in 1979. He then graduated from LSU Medical Center-Shreveport, where he also completed his OB-GYN residency. Dr. LaBarre is certified in OB-GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG). Dr. LaBarre is also certified in advanced laparoscopy by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.  

When not seeing patients, Dr. LaBarre enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. His hobbies include photography, woodworking and reading.
